1: Clean and trim your snow pea leaves. Set aside. 2: In a large wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium high heat. Once hot add your minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. 3: Add your cleaned snow pea leaves and sauté until they turn bright green - approximately 1 minute. 4: Add your seasonings (salt, sugar, MSG) and continue to cook for another minute or until the greens are fully cooked through. 5: Serve with rice.View original recipe
